This will give you time to think about the deal and us a chance to talk. Obviously we have to make sure it is a good fit for all parties, and the final say goes to the property owner / borrower . . . but if everthing else is equal the first to claim it has "dibs".
Obviously this is not binding on either of us until we have a chance to talk.
